Because Fiona's dumb bro picked me up and dropped me on my wrist in an attempt to practise his tackling skills -.-' I swear it's like half-broken; I like die whenever I move it a bit.
Anyway, spent the whole of today on YouTube. I know. I can never bring myself to start working until 11PM. I always try. And fail miserably. So I just went and watched every single Simple Plan video on YouTube.
Hey guess what. I don't give a damn what you think about Simple Plan. In fact, I won't even lose any sleep over it. I promise.
Just because Joshua likes it doesn't mean you immediately have to hate it. At least try to listen and appreciate it. And their lyrics actually mean something - unlike the techno crap that some people love.
Saw this awesome video of their singing "Crazy" on Rove ages ago - and it's really good because it's one of the rare videos where David (the emo looking dude with a really good voice) sings instead of Pierre.
I think there's one thing we can agree on though. This is ∞+1 times better than Joshua and Bach's performance in Year 8. Actually, Bach does kinda remind me of David.
Anyway...the video if you want to watch it. At least try to:
Haha. Nice one. Only you didn't press play. No; you just scrolled down.
Now press play.
Cmon.
They're not that bad.
Lol man, I'm starting to sound like the Big Red button. You know - the DO NOT PRESS one (http://www.85qm.de/up/BigRedButton.swf)
Anyway, for any noobs who are thinking of buying a $3 coffee from school in the morning any time soon. Go to CookieMan to get your brain cells zapped for free. FREE!
Join here to get a voucher, select your Most Frequent store as Carlingford, then you'll get sent a coupon for getting a free coffee at Carlo Court's Cookie Man until 28th April. Then jump off the bus at Carlo Court one morning, get your coffee and then get back on a bus like the 624 to get to school with your FREE cup of real cafe-style coffee...not just some gross machine diarrhoea.
And in case you people still haven't claimed your free can of Smart Energy from the 7/11, go to http://www.makesgoodenergy.com/energytotem/, enter your phone number, show the Sri Lankan guy at the counter your received SMS, and get a Smart Energy can [ normally RRP (more like Ripoff) $2.80]. In return for your wasting maybe 100kb loading all the stupid totems.
Ah well, that's all. I'm off to do more maths...
Though Howlett did give me a 5/5 for bookmark ^_______^ Suckers xD

God I Hate English...
Stayed up till like 6 writing the stupid Lord of the Flies essay - I know we got a 4 day extension but still...I can't ever find the motivation to do the work until like 12AM on the due date no matter how I try...
So today, for the first time in a fortnight, I got to school on time! 5 minutes early, in fact, so I went up to the library. Is it just me, or is a whole chain of Year 8s lining up outside the library synchronously sipping their oh-so-good-$3-ripoff-coffee a little strange. Do we really need a coffee machine? o__O Perhaps it's a ploy by an undercover Baulko spy to get coffee in the school and zap all our brain cells up =O
Anyway went in and first thing I saw, apart from the slightly amusing sight of all the Year 9s sprawled out prone on the floor in a circle around an iPhone stabbing at the screen in an attempt to pop as many bubbles in the bubble wrap app as possible, was everyone crowded around a computer watching Jeffery on that ABC show (Q&A?). It was hilarious...only I have a feeling the whole of Australia was laughing at Jeffery rather than with him >.< But yeh going on TV would be pretty awesome x]
If you wanna see Jeffery in all his glory, go to http://www.abc.net.au/tv/qanda/txt/s2521164.htm and skip to 26:00 minutes =O
BYEEEEEeee =D

BIVOUACKING
That's right. There's a K in it =]
Finally got the time to upload this stuff after the stupid SDD exam...I am still 5th ^^ Yayyyy
lmao Jeffery and Jinghang got owned by Chen:

Chen is hilarious =D
SO. BACK TO THE AWESOMEE BIV ^^
On which I brought a camera because I am so smart and knew it would be uber pretty =)
It was near Cronulla. Which most people immediately associate with a hellhole. BUT IT ISN'T...if you pay the $2.85 to take the ferry over to Bundeena!
So first we got to Epping at like freaking 5:30AM =O Everyone was like stoned lmao
So stoned that some noobs bought a Single instead of a Return even though they were the same price. And so on the way back, they bought another Single >____<
Anyway we went to like Platform 12 or something at Redfern which is underground and it is sooo awesome! They even have like this ancient clock which I originally thought was dead but checking the time of the photo it was actually on time =O
Lol Abs was so stoned he didn't even get the Unwired ad and only got it after like 3 minutes of explaining -____________-
It's like:
- Your ferret's missing.
- Your vacuum cleaner is blocked
So...that would imply that the FERRET is STUCK in the VACUUM xD
And in the background was this hobo azn in a white T-shirt with crap dribbling off his chin and a PS2 controller who kind of bore an uncanny resemblance to Bach...Anyway, behold the clock =O
HEY IT'S TIMMY!!! xD
And then we took the ferry [with extremely jacked up prices] over to Bundeena:
To Boganland!!!
Where its denizens do not realise that "contact with these wires will cause death" LOL!
Anyway, if you thought the view from the ferry was pretty (though you probably didn't) wait till you see THIS!! And the photos only show like a tiny fraction of how pretty it really is. You have to actually be there:
And this 80m drop to the waves pounding the rocks below - it's so scary when you're like standing literally on the very edge =]
And this headlandish thingy...
And like a gazillion more which I cbb to upload =]
Hey look it's the uber noob 2 Section! >snipe<
Let's snipe them again xD They actually do look like ants down there.
And the water on the beaches there are so stunningly clear they make the Gold Coast look like some kind of effluent outlet. I love how it like blends from clear into a gradual soothing blue...
You don't see Bondi like that. Because there's just so many humans killing the environment and polluting it and peeing in the water and whatnot. See how beautiful the world really is when unadulterated by people.
And this was so pretty in real life. The sun was like beaming down onto the water which kept rippling and throwing sparkles of light everywhere =P Only my camera just killed the colour.
You have to be there just to experience how wonderful it is.
At this point, we hadn't even had morning tea, though it felt like we'd been walking for a whole day =[
After like another hour or two we got to this tourist spot, where we had lunch. And some people decided to go over to the massively overpriced kiosk just to get ripped off - $2.50 for a can, $3.50 for a Mother, etc -.-'
And then we set off again...for another 6km to Garie Beach:
And here's another pretty landform thingy...dunno what it's called...I never listen much in Geo ><"
A bit more awesome scenery:
And Eagle Rock - so named because it looks like an eagle!
Lol =D Actually looks really pro ^^ Like some level 100 Fearow or Articuno!
Finally after an eternity of trudging through rock, bush and metal grilles they put above the ground to preserve the wildlife, we got to Garie Beach!
Here's the start of the super steep descent; it's got like metre-high steps cut into the rock. Totally crazy - you trip and you will literally just keep rolling and rolling down.
There were no bluebottles to pop on the beaches this time =[
Anyway we got to the carpark in Garie Beach where a [very very crappy] bus picked us up then dumped us at Sutherland station.
And then we went home ^_______^
Here's a bit more on the trail if you wanna go one day =]
BTW Had tennis today during which Peggy and I totally annihilated Sean and Jodic.
But then Mr. Pronger came along and obliterated us =[
I was able to return one of his crazy serves! xD Man he serves so hard and fast...it's like BOOM and you barely see the ball grow in size and have time to focus on it before you fight or flight the ball =D
And mann his serves jar your wrist like crazzyyyy >__<
BUT ME IS FIGHTING DREAMER
AND I SLAM BALL BACK ^^
AND WINNN (=
And in other news...Alvin's tennis has suddenly greatly improved! He is now able to make contact with the ball when it comes. Maybe it has something to do with his awesome $400 racquet :O
Gotta go do up maths book for Howlett bookmark now...
CYAAA pplll .____.

Biv Tomorrow!!
Can't wait - this biv is like the coolest one ever =]
Mass xenocide of blue-bottles anybody? xD
People who don't understand the fascination of popping them...think bubble-wrap
Only 10x more extreme.
Turns out we have to get there by 5:30...should be sleeping but cbb -.-'
In OTHER news: I hate Stephen Conroy. Stupid filtering plan - he probably thinks this is China or something. And now he's all paranoid and trying to uncover whoever it was that leaked the websites onto Wikileak...pretty dumb seeing as he claims the list itself is not authentic - then why would he care so much...
Luckily Wikileaks can crush him like a annoying persistent flea:
He's like a crazed dictator - trying to silence anyone who speaks out against the plan (proven) and probably doing a million other ruthless things in an attempt to get his bill through.
Dude, he's probably going to get killed by some web enthusiast (or someone else in his party who secretly watches kiddy pron). Not that anyone would really mourn much. Even his own party probably loathes him.

Asians have built in FREE detectors
Had this dodgy farewell assembly for Mr. Browning today during sports assembly. That Aditi girl is so funny xD
Strange how at the beginning of the year we were all like "Ahh crap Browning."
And now we're like...
"Ahh crap McCready."
Lol nah jks...we're actually pretty sad to see him go =[
Had maths with Hong today. Wonder where Howlett went >.<
Then double commerce where we finally got to start the ASX game =]
Though it kind of sucked seeing as our group name Wangks got changed by Flood to Wan...and of course our 50k within one period had diminished to 49k. All thanks to Jeffery and Alvin's smart investing...Alvin also (after buying like a million bad shares) bought 1 share of QANTAS and 4 shares of BHP Biliton. What lavish spending...lmao
Jeffery's ability in investing is also quite outstanding. Last year he bought like 2000 ABC Learning Centre shares and like the second after he did that they like dropped some retarded uber y-asymptote T___T
Maybe we would do better if we just left it at 50k lol
Anyway we had geo in the arvo with Yeo -.-' Who went on threatening us that he would flunk whoever he wanted in the SC as the Head Teacher of Secondary Studies because we all got owned by the geo test he gave us...people below like 31 marks get lunchtime detentions and stuff =[
THEN sdd with Kumaran xD (H&K: "What is that? Like 5 Os or 3 Us?" lmao)
He's so funny lol I remember how we used to all go bludge class then slip back in and he wouldn't notice - then like full hardcore CS and tell him we were "testing our SDD game" ^^
Though we just played the penis game(where you have to scream it louder than the person before you) the whole lesson and he like just stood there staring at Ceyon who said it super loud ROFL =] We told him we were doing biology on the reproductive system...
and then came the highlight of my day...my going to 7/11 just to get the FREE SPRING VALLEY SMART ENERGY DRINK =D So awesome man! I just went up to the dude and asked if he was doing the offer and he just puts the code into the computer and POOF! You get a free can of it! (Normally massively overpriced at $2.80 or something)
Had chem afterwards which was a horrible waste of time because we just learnt everything we learnt last week again -.-' But the girl's a good teacher xD
To be honest Aaron isn't bad either...he just has to keep on shouting over the dickheads who aren't even there to learn but either:
Despite the fact that everyone decided to ditch Alan and come to Joey's "Advanced" class after a few weeks - starting of course with Joshua's casual waltzing into the classroom and writing his name on the roll in red pen.
It's so annoying how you always have people who think they're so much cooler than everyone else around them and just give you shit while thinking that everybody else looks up to them when they commit terribly unfunny attention seeking acts (especially those people who just drawl theeiiir worrrrds ouuuut inn aan unbeaaaarably irriiiitating almost nasal-like voice thinking that makes them Oh-So-Manly). Guess that's just life though...all sorts of people to make the world go round -.-
Ah well I gotta go do maths
Got double geo tomorrow with yeo again...
At least there's commerce incursion =]
I love Flood.
If only everyone in the world could be like the teachers in the HSIE faculty (minus McNulty)...

Lord of the Guys
Man...this week has been so lame - we go back to school and BOOM! It's like shit flying right into your face. First we get the ever-enjoyable compulsory cross-country carnival, during which we had to "run" 6kms. I didn't.
I walked the whole way with Bob and got 72 minutes lmao. By that time McKenzie had stopped all the watches and printed the times already -.- And then pwned us...and then she blew us up with a McKenzinator 3000 and we were liquified.
Followed of course by double maths. Which actually turns out to not be that bad; Howlett is so awesome. Maths is now kinda like commerce with Flood =]
Yesterday was pretty lame...of course apart from our Science lesson during which we very deeply analysed Lord of the Flies. It's so funny when you take things out of context. It turns very gay.
Chapter 1:
“He said you blew from down here.” Piggy laid a hand on his jutting abdomen. “You try, Ralph.”
This amused both boys so much that Ralph went on squirting for some minutes, between bouts of laughter.
“Steeper,” said Jack. Ralph made a cupping gesture. “That bit of forest down there...the mountain holds it up”
But this nothing compared to the chapter which we decided to scrutinise so closely – Chapter 7: Shadows and Tall Trees. Here comes the real stuff – it’s so scary how it seems almost like this was done on purpose:
Ralph found that he had rock painfully gripped in both hands, found his body arched, the muscles of his neck stiff, his mouth strained open. He [Simon] was kneeling on one knee...his other leg stretched down to Ralph’s level. Ralph was puzzled and searched Simon’s face for a clue.
“It’s so big, I mean – ”
Simon nodded.
Some of the strain had gone from Ralph’s body. He...smiled bitterly at Simon.
“Got a ship in your pocket?” [like the Subway “Is that a 7-inch sub in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me” ads]
Simon grinned and shook his head.
I swear I didn’t make this up. If you don’t believe me go read pg 137 of our edition...
He was glad to loiter, cradling his spear.
Ralph talked on, excitedly.
“I hit him all right. The spear stuck in. I wounded him!”
“Hold him!”
They got his arms and legs. Ralph, carried away by a sudden thick excitement, grabbed Eric’s spear and jabbed at Robert with it.
Ralph too was fighting to get near, to get a handful of that brown vulnerable flesh. The desire to squeeze and hurt was over-mastering.
Then they lay quiet, panting, listening to Robert’s frightened snivels...
“Oh, my bum!”
“That was a good game.”
“Just a game.”
“You want a pig,” said Roger, “like in a real hunt.”
“Use a littun,” said Jack, and everybody laughed.
Anyway - today was an uber bludge. Had like stupid PE dancing for first 2 periods, then the Brain Bee which was like OMFG hard =[ Considering I read the entire book only last night...let's hope I get through =D
Except Joshua and Gusta pressed Back - which like made the test die and so they came out after like 2 minutes >.<
And of course after recess...we had the farewell party for Mr. Browning ^^ Turns out everybody thought "Oh, nobody's gonna bring drinks". And so guess what everyone brought?
And Paul told me just when I was about to PAUL [get it?!] some Mountain Dew that it kills sperm and makes you infertile rofl...then we sat there lolling when we suddenly realised that half the bottle had been glugged down by Sean...LOL
We all signed this soccer ball for him...except I couldn't think what to write so I just wrote "I LOVE VALENCES" -.-' How gay.
And halfway through guess who came in. MR QUINLAN!!! xD
And then came sport - during which Alvin (with his brand new $400 racquet), Edward and Edwin and I played doubles...with all of us owning Alvin even with his uber expensive racquet. He hit it over the fence into the park next door like 5 times - but once hit it so pro that it went up, bounced off the ground, then like bounced onto the top of the fence, balanced there for like 3 seconds, and fell into Peggy's court ^^
Though I must admit I slammed this ball so hard it went outside and actually bounced off all the power lines [think Pinball - only with like 10000 watt barriers] and then rolled down to the park, across the bridge over to the other side -.-'
Then Peggy and I ran over to the C-Blockers court just for the satisfaction of pwning their asses - except Jodic was pretty good =]
I love Wednesdays ^^

No More Work Experience =[
School tomorrow. And X Country too...6km T___T
Everyone will probably just run to 7/11 and get a slurpee =]
Wish I still had work experience -.- It was actually all right I guess, though I reckon going to an actual department instead of volunteers would have been so much better.
So on Friday (which wasn't actually that unlucky) we started off selling raffle tickets. Yeah...we were like OMG at first...but soon we realised selling raffle tickets was kinda like having an all access pass to every section of the hospital - except the ever-elusive Operating Theatre, Todman Recovery Ward and Intensive Care units (the latter two into which we were able to get into later that day).
Success!!! =D An actual Work Experience pass instead of some lame Visitor one:

So first we went to Emergency, which is so cool because this nurse has to like buzz you in before you can open the door and go in =D So we got in and then just started photo spamming...only my shitty camera blurs without flash for some reason...and having flash just makes everyone stare...
Behold...the resus bay =] They even had like 50mL syringes, which were like freaking huge...think glue stick size...

Then after taking photos of everything and copping extremely irritated glowers from the nurses there we ran away from the resus bay and into this giant maze of doctor offices in the emergency department. Met this really awesome dude who like bought 3 raffle tickets and also had this rofl pic on his wall =D
It's a little unclear because there wasn't flash...but the label basically reads: Dr. Chin!!! xD And notice the guy's uber top chin ^^ Hehe
So then we decided to leave emergency before the pissed off nurse decided to kick us out (or back in if she kicked hard enough) and decided to go guilt-trip all the other parents, nurses and doctors (they're not safe either =D). After going to like all the wards - even Wade Ward which we had gotten thrown out of earlier that week and Hall Ward where all the psychiatric kids are literally "locked up". You have to press this buzzer to be let into the tiny reception, from which 2 corridors behind solid looking doors branch off. And in each of those locked corridors there are separate rooms all with locks on them. It's really sad how they have to be shut off behind all those doors - it would drive even the most sane person crazy. And their parents only come to visit at 6pm everyday =[
Behold...Brain Bee peoplees =]
And the chapel!
After selling 3 whole books of raffles and having morning tea we were sent off once again to sell more tickets. This time it was to the other wing of the hospital...where all the specialist clinics are. Over the bridge...
And I couldn't resist taking pictures of the Chinese gardens again. They're just so peaceful...except for the scaffolding I guess...

We managed to tunnel our way past reception into this nuclear thingy with CTs and MRIs with this really nice asian lady who like bought 3 tickets too =] Then we set off down the labyrinthine corridors (with 50 other corridors branching off it) to find even more departments - like ultrasound, radiology, and then took the >really nice< lifts (not like the other ones) which even read out the level number. And found our way to the departments of surgery, medicine AND cardiology! =] Where we once again were able to enter undeterred and try find Roshan in one of the hundreds of offices there. Came across this awesomly nice doctor who showed us where Roshan was and spent the hour with us in the room chatting and letting us watch the heart surgery on the screen (live feed from camera attached to doctor's glasses).

Cool eh? The operation is like the most complex heart operation there is and it was on a 3 DAY old baby, whose heart is like the size of a big gumball. Imagine trying to operate for like 6 hours non-stop (with no toilet/coffee break) on the heart hunched over a baby's body and trying to fix the arteries and aortas and stuff >.<" Crazy mann. They needed like giant magnifying glasses. So after that awesome hour we suddenly realised...OMG we've sold like 2 tickets and its noon - so we ran to pathology and all these other places to try get people to buy them xD
And at lunchtime we went down to the massively overpriced cafeteria and ate - Gusta got me to buy her a sandwich...Curried Egg and Lettuce...which btw tastes completely like crap. Disgusting stuff. Then we all went to the Starlight Room where Captain Starlight asked us to help her separate all the Bingo tickets for the kids. Except everyone separated them then ran away and I was left there to try tidy all the tickets off the ground =.=
So then I tried to find everyone else (Dennis, Edward, Ada, Gusta, Andrew, Bahaven, Nivvi, Roshan) in the giant hospital - only it turned out they had all split up and I could only find Bahaven and Andrew in the fire stairs -.-' So Andrew was trying to show Bahaven Level 0 xD That's right - there is a Level 0 with all these tunnels and secret passageways! Except the dumb thing is that the door won't open from the inside - you can only open it from the fire stairs. So we had to get a rock to keep the door ajar - and in case it closed there was this secret exit to the Chinese Gardens. Bahaven chickened out and ran away =P And so Andrew and I ventured into the underbelly of the beast ^^ With solid concrete tunnels that seemed to stretch on forever into infinity and 100 other tunnels branching from that one: Behold...
This part is lit by lights...it gets darker later on.
Anyway Andrew went around opening all these doors and then suddenly when he opened this door we heard this sound like a fire alarm going off, and naturally...we ran for our lives =.= It might have just been like the sound of the pipes and stuff behind the door though o.O
We should have kept going instead of sprinting all the way back like retards and then hiding in an elevator >____< The curiosity is like killing me now... Anyway then near the Department of Surgery we bumped into these n00bs Edward and Dennis =D
Lol...they had to carry all these weird metal parts from this storeroom down the elevator to some other place all day =D
Meanwhile we headed back to the Volunteers Department because we couldn't find Bahaven anywhere and then Jill asked us to go deliver the Sydney Child magazines to all the wards...which we later realised was an even more powerful all access pass to all the wards ^^
Andrew and I really wanted to go to Intensive Care Unit to see what it was like so then we just went into PICU acting all casual and walking all the way into the ward to ask if they wanted the mags (even though they obviously didn't lmao). So they said no and we went back down the corridor wanting to take all these pictures - except it was like an uber busy corridor with everyone walking past. So after like 5 minutes of looking busy stacking and restacking the magazines we managed to get these shots =D

And then we realised it was pretty ordinary anyway =.=
Don't diss their blurriness. I couldn't put on flash and I had to take them extremely quickly - although my camera is extremely slow at responding -.-' So they're actually uber good =D
After that we went to like the Variety Club ward or some place and guess what we saw...an ICE machine!!! =D [No not that kind of ice you noob -.-']
This ice:

Basically all you have to do is press the white thing and all this is ice instantly made and drops out xD
Observe:

This ice:
Basically all you have to do is press the white thing and all this is ice instantly made and drops out xD
Observe:
I want one =]
And the highlight of our day was...getting granted access into Todman Recovery Ward!!! And yes it is as awesome as it sounds - it's not an ordinary ward at all where patients just lie watching TV and eating. Basically, you have all these surgeons and doctors in there with rooms and operating theatres and everything in between.
The doors even open automatically when you press a button =] Just like the operating suite!
So here it is with the doors open - they're normally completely shut with these trianglar DANGER signs on the front of each door.
It just emanates this aura of coolness...and makes you wanna just run in and see what's all inside it.
So here we go rolling in our deafeningly squeaky trolley filled with magazines as casually as possible to look like we belong there when it's meant to be only for the top surgeons and doctors and most pwned patients (even the giant Surgical Ward cannot compare to this =])
And guess what? A doctor comes out and opens the doors from the inside so we just stand at the door looking around in stupor at the ward. This really nice doctor dude like tells us to come in and put the magazines on the front desk - and we have no idea where it is - so like this other really nice female doctor shows us down the corridors until we get to the front desk. And get this - we like travelled right next to the RED zone! Past which only surgeons can progress:
It's that red line - you can't go past it or you die =O This photo is AMAZINGLY crystal clear for no flash and the speed at which we whipped the camera out and back into our pocket.
And the doctors like told us to press the red button to open the doors to go back out, and we like ran towards this huge red button beside us about to press it...
Before this nurse shouts NO!!! and stops us just in time...it turned out to be a Code Blue emergency button thing - for when a dude like crashes and then you get like 30 doctors running to the scene with their pagers beeping >__________< So after having all our curiosity satisfied we journeyed back down to the department, where Bahaven happened to be waiting. Turns out he ran off and spent the arvo in cardio with Roach and Nivvi watching the operation. Except when we told him the fun we had and all the wards we got into he got sooo pissed ROFL. Mann his jealous expression (which he denied and kept saying he didn't care) was like priceless lmao =D Kinda like this LOL!
Rofl...anyway the day like came to an end then - here's some other photos I took:
Here are the uber elevators:
And the massively overpriced water:
Emergency codes:
And here's a video of our (or more accurately my) playing with the automatic opening doors to the surgical theatres =D And they make this uber deep rumbling sound when they open ^^ So cool

DAY Fauuuwerr
Started with my visiting this little girl in Commercial Travellers who I think hit her head and got all these stitches. There was another volunteer there so I just sat with her beside the girl's bedside, read stories and watched Play School =D It's really nice because the bed's got this awesome view out onto the huge garden below.

Isn't it so peaceful =)
And the Chinese gardens too:
Awesomee xD
And don't be jealous that I got the bestest pass in the world...
Hehe I am 007 =]
Anyway after spending some time with the little girl I went off and we went to the oncology department to play with the kids. And I never thought I would say this, but in the 2 or so hours I was there I found myself getting sick of Play-Doh >______<" After that we went to see Perrins - except it was pretty pointless for him to come because we just answered like 3 Yes/No questions. And then we went back up to oncology...until lunchtime. Fun eh? T____T Omg and then we spent the arvo in Starlight Room which was just AWESOMMEE =] Like the best bludge ever - we watched Home Alone, Jumanji, played Wii, Gamecube and all this other stuff =]
[Witness Gusta thrashing Beehiven on Gamecube xD]
Man I hate Wii Tennis...it's like all chance...I got like pwned by Ada like twice -.-' She's probably thinking what a fkn loser rofl
Anyway...Starlight Room:

Cool huh? It's so lame how I have to use flash or else the picture goes all blurry like the first one. Except if I use flash everyone like whirls around going OMFG PHOTO?! =.=
Look...they even sell toothpaste, and dumbest of all bandages and Dettol disinfectant. Why would I even need to buy those in a hospital?! Like they won't give you a massive bandage if you cut yourself because they so want to see it fester and pus and boil and infect everyone else. And why buy Dettol when there are like 1000 bottles of Avagard (the green one at taps actually smell like they kills bacteria) within like a 2 metre radius of each other?

And here are the cool stairs. Man the ramps are so retarded - you have to like walk for like 50 metres just to get to the next floor; the lifts are take so long and make this weird ghostly/bansheeish cry when they open. It's almost like it's haunted cause like the when you're inside waiting for it to move the doors suddenly open...and there's no one on the outside...
A mental patient actually escaped from the Cumberland Mental Hospital or something next door and stabbed a nurse here I think. Fkn scary...
Anyway I was taking the stairs today and went up to the 3rd floor with this girl called Courtney whose brother like broke almost every single bone in his body in a car crash cause she wanted to get something. I tried to go back down to the cafeteria...and turns out some dipshit locked the doors from the outside =.=
Had to like exit through a ward and try look as casual as possible -.-
lmao this pictures just so funny:
What crappy renovators...they either stuck the A on and then realised the Ps wouldn't fit on like that or they planned to use capital letters and then suddenly realised that they were going to run out of room so switched to lowercase =P
RAWR!! Bandaged bear will eat yuuu =D
lol its like fkn 12 now T___T
cyaaa ><"

DAY FREE
Man my work experience was so awesomee today xD
So in the morning Nivvi and I were planning to go visit the adult hospital cause we were so early.
And then along comes Bahaven with his hugeass umbrella pitifully limping along shouting "Wait for meee" -.-
And for some reason kept trying to dissuade us from visiting the hospital. Don't ask me why but he seemed extremely determined not to let us go o__O
In the end under his extremely oppressive puissant manipulative coercion, Nivvi succumbed to his wicked will...and dutifully followed him back to CHW.
Anyway so we got to CHW and for the first half hour Bahaven and I got sent down to Public Relations to cut all the tags off these fluffy toys for the little kiddies. So we were like so annoyed in that I-wanna-rip-the-head-off-this-flea-ridden-fomitish-squawking-retarded-parrot kind of way because we thought our whole day was gonna be like yesterday.
Turns out Andrew Li got sent down as well...except only for "half an hour". And Bahaven and Andrew started arguing over every little thing because bjob was unhappy that we got sent down for one hour and Andrew only half an hour. And then they had this competition to see who was faster at cutting the tags off the toys...which I kinda think was a ploy by Bahaven to get Andrew to work super hard so he could get out faster >.< style="font-style: italic;">extremely expensive price in their face (like $4.10 for a sandwich) And at this stage, they feel too guilty not to buy it. So in the end...they do! xD And the trolley also has a bottom rack with all these magazines on. So this curry/lebanese woman came to ask for one to buy, and Grace told her that was free. And it was so funny cos shes suddenly like "FUH-LEEE?" (try saying very quickly) in this really strong accent and her eyes like lit up and she dived underneath to rummage for magazines =D
Anyway we were meant to meet Perrins at 10:30 - except he never came .___. And is coming tomorrow apparently. So we just had morning tea with like a gazillion choc biscuits and orange juice ^^
After that went to the Starlight room for an hour or so. And it is sooo awesome man xD It's like this huge playroom for the kids - with a giant movie screen, all these disco lights, Gamecubes, a WII!!!, and piano, etc. And there's this thing there called RadioBedRock which broadcasts to all the TVs in the entire hospital, and you can select the song you wanna hear in the Starlight room (kinda like those song machines you see at bars).
Only after selecting all my favourite songs I realised they were like "The Young and the Hopeless", "Welcome to my Life", "Here Without You" and "I Miss You" with all these lyrics like "I'm young and I'm hopeless", "Do you ever feel like breaking down", "while deep inside you're bleeding", "No one ever stabbed you in the back", "I'm here without you baby", etc.
And I felt kinda bad cause there could be these little paraplegic kids watching thinking I'M young and hopeless or these emo kids going yea im breaking down or this kid in a car crash with massive internal bleeding or a kid who got stabbed in the back in a fight or a mother who just lost a baby or something.
Though in a kind of sadistic way it was kinda funny..
At least I didn't select The Day That I Die or something lmao
ANYWAY afterwards THESE DOG DOCTORS came!!! And I got to go with a heart melting fuzzy Labrador called Biscuit (awesome name eh?) and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Lili =] And we went around with the dogs to all the wards to visit all the kiddies xD It's so nice seeing the kids suddenly come alive and get all excited when they see these doggies.
Met these kids at the Yarella(how to spelll? ><) ward who had kidney problems and needed to live in the hospital and go to school there too. They have to like sit next to a dialysis machine for 5 hrs every second day. It's impossible to not feel sorry for them; working in a hospital makes you realise how lucky you really are to be all healthy and stuff.
Ah well that's pretty much my day...I should have brought a camera to take photos of everything. I might tomorrow =]

I hate work experience
Bahaven and I spent the whole day in sibling care today.
While Andrew Li had fun taking millions of pictures and going to all the wards.
Actually I feel kind of like Catherine going to a preschool. Which is even better than this. Because these kids are pre-preschool. Which is synonymous with the word devil. Though they do go all suddenly hypnotic when you brandish a jar of Play-Doh in their faces.
Lol I should have probably gone to my primary school instead. That would have been funner.

Wen I Growww Up xD
Mann CHW was so awesomeee...
Only I wish I could do more apart from sitting there in Sibling Childcare playing with kids and this bitchy old woman screeching at us to watch the kids and pick up all the toys they threw around -.-' And then when we like put some retarded toy on the top shelf she's just like coldly..."Don't you know where the bottom is?"
And when we were chatting for like just a second she's like "Who's watching the kids? You should be watching them."
Felt like screaming in her face YOU WATCH THEM BITCH...YOU'RE JUST SITTING AROUND ON YOUR FAT ASS INSIDE ON THIS TINY CHAIR THAT YOU'RE ABOUT TO BREAK WHILE BOSSING US AROUND LIKE SLAVES
Then spitting in her face and kicking her in the balls
If she had any...
Anyway so I was punctual for once; instead of being like 20 minutes late...I was 20 minutes early (8:40)! So I'm like WOW I'm so early the hospital probably hasn't even opened yet.
Turns out Bahaven and Fagdrew were already there...Oh and it turns out he's not actually that bad I guess [hence I have deleted everything I said about him]. Kinda made me think...maybe I've been the dickhead all along and he just didn't like me cause I didn't like him. Like how I hate some people just because they hate me first. o__O
Anyway so first this nice volunteer called Sue showed me all round the hospital including the wards, specialist clinics, library, extremely expensive canteen, etc. And then we went to the Clubbe Ward, which was for kids with all these really terrible burns all over their body. It feels so bad when they're like all crying from the pain and there's like nothing you can do but watch helplessly...
So the mum of this really cute little girl said she had to pop out for like one hour to do something, and so Sue and I were like "No problem, whatever, we'll just take her for a walk while you're gone." So we like walked round the hospital a few times, went outside to look at this huge bird enclosure they have and stuff and went back. It was like 10:30. And she still wasn't back. Then we like kept her in the pram thingy and kept rocking it back and forth to stop her crying for like another 2 hrs or whatever =.=
After 2.5 hours we gave up...cause if you stopped moving her pram she'd start crying so we had to like keep walking her round the hospital...
Her mum still wasn't back so we sent another volunteer down cause we were about to die of boredom...
So after that extremely eventful morning, Andrew, Bahaven and I like had our morning tea...then lunch. And realised that Dennis, Edward, Roshan, Ada, Gusta and Denise were also there ^^ And the lamest part is that...Ada and Gusta get their own office which has like a TV and microwave and shit...and get to actually follow all these doctors around =[
We went outside and looked at the fully awesome courtyard which had like all these really nice trees and bushes and playgrounds and the bird cage and an ampitheatre and just spent the 1 hr lunch out there...all the while with the "aroma" of Gusta's extremely pungent curry pie wafting over even from like 4 metres away. And it was only then that we all realised we were meant to get all these tuberculosis vaccinations and shit...but yea whatever T___T
And we played bowling with the hugeass chess pieces on the ground + a checker piece as the bowling ball =D
After lunch we went down to the oncology (cancer and tumours) department where all the kids with leukaemia and stuff have to get their treatments. You walk in the door and it suddenly like feels all miserable =[
But we went to the playroom...and played with Play-Doh xD Which btw was the most fun we had all day. We sat in tiny chairs with this really nice volunteer lady who just let us play and chatted with us xD There was this Play-Doh syringe where you like put doh in and shove in a plunger and it squeezes out the other end in this really nice zig zaggy pattern - kinda like toothpaste but like in a star shape.
And Andrew Li mixed the green and orange so that it looked like crap coming out of a baby's ass lmao
Then we got thrown into the Sibling Childcare hole with that bitch. End of story.
Except after work we decided to go on a self guided tour of the hospital. And Fagdrew Li suggested we go in the glass elevator...which we later realised went to day surgery and administration -.-'
And we went looking for Dennis and Edward and Ada and Gusta on the 3rd floor [which is like a labyrinth]. We walk into this clinic that says Child Assessment Centre cos we have no idea where rehab is. And Beehiven's like
"Do you know where the rehabilitation clinic is?" (...Awkward silence) "Yes. This is it. Do you have an appointment?" (...Even awkwarder silence) "Um...No..."
>we sprint out door giggling like little girls< -.-'
xD
Then we found the awesome Starlight Room - which is all dark and cool and has really nice people and a Wii and like 10 Gamecubes and a piano and a GIANT MOVIE SCREEN!! Only they were playing HSM2...which is extraordinarily gay...as gay as the day is long and as Andrew Li.
Speaking of Andrew...it's funny how u can pretend to be other people on the cbox...like this

Lol I am so lame xD
Ah well gotta go do sdd now =] CYAAA ^^
